Who We Are
The Tyler Group is a pre-litigation intelligence firm providing CLARA™ case analysis services to licensed plaintiff's attorneys. We operate at tylerstrategy.com. Questions about this notice may be directed to hello@tylerstrategy.com.
What We Collect and Why
Sample report requests. When you request the CLARA™ sample report, we collect your email address solely to deliver the requested document and to follow up regarding our services. We do not share this address with unaffiliated third parties or use it for unrelated marketing. Your email address is transmitted to Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, solely to deliver the requested communication — see the Email Delivery section below.
Case intake submissions. When you submit a case for review, we collect your name, firm name, email address, phone number, and matter details. This information is used to evaluate whether the matter is within CLARA™'s scope, to conduct the analysis if engaged, and to communicate with you throughout the engagement.
No sensitive personal health information at intake. The free case viability review does not accept medical records or protected health information (PHI). Matters involving medical records require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and a separate secure file transfer — this is handled at the full engagement stage, not through the website form.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: (1) deliver requested materials; (2) assess and conduct case analysis; (3) communicate with you regarding your matter and our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
AI-Assisted Analysis
CLARA™ analysis may be conducted using specially designed, HIPAA-compliant AI research tools as part of The Tyler Group's proprietary methodology. Where PHI is involved, these tools operate exclusively within BAA-covered infrastructure and exclusively within the United States. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256). No matter-specific information is used to train AI models or shared outside the engagement context. Tyler Group personnel review all analysis output prior to delivery.
Data Retention
The Tyler Group does not retain case files, analysis output, or attorney work product after delivery. Upon completion of each engagement, client materials and analysis are deleted from our systems in accordance with the timelines specified in our Data Handling & Destruction Policy. Email addresses collected through the sample request form are retained only as long as necessary for service-related communications.
Email Delivery
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver automated emails — including the CLARA™ sample report and case intake confirmations. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. No behavioral data is collected through your visit to tylerstrategy.com.
Attorney-Client Considerations
The Tyler Group treats all case submissions as confidential. The applicable privilege or work-product protection is a determination made by submitting counsel based on the specific matter and jurisdiction. The Tyler Group does not disclose matter details, client identities, or analysis content to any third party.
