The Adverse Read™ analysis begins

We confirm receipt of your files in writing. Our goal is delivery within 72 hours. The outside delivery date is set in your engagement agreement and is ordinarily 10 business days; file complexity and current volume determine where inside that window a matter lands, and retainer clients are scheduled first.

Secure destruction

Source files are scheduled for deletion within seven days after delivery, subject to the applicable engagement agreement. Working materials are removed within 30 days.

Stored in Dropbox Business under an executed BAA with Dropbox, Inc.

Encrypted in transit and at rest by Dropbox — not end-to-end encrypted

Source files deleted seven days after delivery; Dropbox holds deleted files recoverably for 180 days

Medical records accepted only after a call, and under a BAA or protective order where the engagement requires one
